Test:
I used Thermalright SLK-900U heatsink with Tornado 92mm fan running at full speed with AMD 2100XP CPU and Soyo Dragon KT-400 Ultra Platinum motherboard with 512MB PC3200 ram. The case was open during testing, and the ambient temperature was around 24-25C. You can see the test results here:

Arctic Silver 3 IDLE- 32.3 Ceramique IDLE- 31.5
Arctic Silver 3 LOAD- 38.1 Ceramique LOAD- 37

Conclusion:
As you can see Arctic Silver came out with another great product which outperforms their own Arctic silver 3 which was considered to be best until now. I would recommend this product to everyone who wants to improve their CPU temperature.
